Excess Baggage Market – October

Don’t miss out on our spring market at the Excess Baggage Secondhand Market on Saturday 11 October. If you are keen to clean out your cupboards and recycle your much loved goods, book a table and sell your stuff!
(If you’re attending as a buyer there’s no need to book, just turn up and snag a bargain).

Sellers – You will have a chance of winning a free table on the day. Also, there’s absolutely NO COMMISSION – you get to keep everything you make : )

The market offers both indoor and outdoor spaces and it’s always a wonderful day for both sellers and buyers. We have live music, a cafe, sausage sizzle and an amazing raffle. There are great bargains to find, including clothing, jewellery, shoes, DVDs, books and homewares.

How do I book a table to sell my stuff?

Bookings can be made through Humanitix. Just follow this link! 

Do I provide my own table & chairs?

No, you don’t. We provide the table – we also provide a chair and space next to your table for your BYO rack.

Do you have racks that we can hire?

No, we don’t. You’ll need to bring your own rack.

If I have booked a table outside, do I need to bring my own gazebo/shelter?

The BrisWest Centre has five shaded tables available outside, so you don’t need to bring shade if you have booked one of these tables. There are another two tables outside without shade. You can bring your own shade/gazebo if you book these tables.

What percentage of profit do we pay to The Briswest Centre?

Nothing. All you pay is the cost of your table. You keep all the profits.

I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t make it, do I get a refund?

We will happily refund your money if you notify us within 24 hours of the market.
