Introduction to Buddhist Meditation Course in Brisbane.

The ancient method of Dzogchen meditation allows the mind, body and energy to rest all at once. Scientific research shows that meditation will not only change our mind but also our brain to bring about lasting well-being. Attendees will be taken through guided mindfulness and shamatha meditation practices to help focus and calm the mind. Attendees are also welcome to participate in our ongoing study course where we will listen to and discuss recorded teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.

Where: BrisWest Centre, 132 Latrobe Tce Paddington

When: 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 10:30am

Fees: $10 per session or $80 for 10 week course
