  • Develop the BrisWest Centre as a space where people can create, connect, and belong.

  • Tell the BrisWest Centre’s story and legacy to strengthen identity and inclusion.


2. Governance and Membership

  • Strengthen committee processes and member involvement.

  • Promote stewardship of the BrisWest Centre as a valued form of service.

  • Develop and implement succession planning.


3. Brand and Communication

  • Build strong communication between committee, members, hirers and the broader public.

  • Refresh the brand and website.

  • Create a community database and distribute regular newsletters.


4. Building and Infrastructure

  • Maintain and enhance the Centre as a welcoming, functional space.

  • Repair the exterior back wall.

  • Upgrade the sound system.

  • Renovate toilet and storage areas.

  • Assess and plan for long-term maintenance of the sprung floor.

  • Refresh the front façade.

  • Feasibility study for a rear extension.


5. Management and Finances

  • Maintain sound financial management.

  • Continue engagement of a financial administrator.

  • Ensure regular financial oversight.

  • Review and update financial and organisational policies.
