A crowded room of people enjoying dancing.

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

šŸ’ƒ New to Dancing? You’ll Fit Right In!

Swing Shack is Brisbane’s friendliest place to eat, dance, and hang out with great people.

ā€œWe teach you moves in class, but you learn to dance on the social floor.ā€

Expect a warm, all‑ages crowd enjoying everything from Lindy Hop and Charleston to Blues and Balboa — plus the occasional classic solo routine.

Our goal is to get you smiling, moving, and loving every moment on the dance floor.

 šŸŽŗ Schedule

6:45 pm – Doors open

7:00–7:30 pm – Absolute Beginners Taster Class

7:30–10:00 pm – Social Dancing

šŸ’° Cost: 15 (Pay by cash or card at the door)

šŸŽ¶ What to Expect: The lights will be low, the disco ball will be spinning, and Brisbane’s awesome Swing DJs will keep the floor buzzing. Expect a mix of tempos so you can swing out with Lindy Hop, glide with Balboa, or Charleston the night away.
